1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 8–11 business days across South Africa.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.


2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard delivery: R99.00

  • Free shipping on orders of R1000.00 and above


3. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Élura only delivers within South Africa. We’re working on expanding to international customers soon!


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.
You can use that link to follow your delivery’s progress.


5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, and major South African debit and credit cards through our secure payment gateway.


7. Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Élura is proudly cruelty-free and committed to clean, skin-friendly formulations that are safe for all skin types.


8. Are Élura products suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Yes. All Élura products are acne-safe, non-comedogenic, and formulated without harsh ingredients.
We focus on performance that’s kind to your skin.


9. How do I choose the right foundation shade?

You can refer to our shade guide on each product page, which includes tone descriptions.
If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to support@elurabeauty.co.za and our team will help match your shade.


10. What if I entered the wrong address at checkout?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. Unfortunately, once dispatched, we can’t change delivery details.


11. Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it for you.
Please email us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
