We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Delays caused by couriers

📦 Replacements Are Only Issued If:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, a replacement item will be sent.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was on our side.
