All products listed on this website are subject to availability.
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
We accept secure payments via Yoco
Élura reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We use Aramex Store-to-Door for all deliveries within South Africa.
Orders are processed and delivered within 8–12 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Élura is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Eligible returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect) are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product names, images, logos, text, and design, is the property of Élura and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
